May 10 - "To Remove" turned into "To Build up" - First GRP experience
May 3 to 7 - Preparing the topside for painting
This was the last week of paternety license and the last hope of finishing the boat before the summer ! Monday I invited the guy who will spray the boat for a conversation about the detail as also pint preparation evalution. The veridict was that the topside was no proper sanded and I shall used another process i.e an intrface between the Orbital and the sand paper. Also he recommend me to use a way of detecting the flat areas to smoth: randomly soft spray all the topside with a cheap spray and sand it. Its true, the places where the hull had depression or flat spots rised clearly ! so then with the orbital I managed to achieved a smoth and homogenious hull curve, like a baby skin !!!!
